As many of our hardbody racers know, we do allow any type hardbody car to race each month, but its time to clarify this.
In order to encourage racers to build/race whatever hardbody they prefer, we will allow anyone to race hardbody cars which are not currently based on an existing hardbody racing class.
However, to be fair to those who do race cars which belong to our existing racing classes, only cars for existing D3 hardbody racing classes are allowed to podium. In other words, you can race any car, but unless it belongs to an existing racing class, you will not be eligible for a podium finish (first thru third). This restriction also applies to any car which has not been approved for a particular racing class (i.e, oversize body, wrong model type, etc.). Of course for the Nats, Enduros and other races which include tech inspection, only cars which meet the racing class rules are allowed to race.
Also, a reminder that whenever you change cars during a race, you will not be eligible for a podium finish.

That's a very logical decision Keith!! We need to encourage building our CLASS cars for the racing program. Seems more than fair!!
