Okay losing teams, here's your opportunity to explain why you were robbed of winning this race. We all know your team should have won except for some truly unlucky occurences during the race.
Let's hear what happened to your car/driving that prevented your team from taking first.
I'll start by stating that Team Rolling Hills did have a rather unusual problem occur to our car during the race. As many of the race participants may have noticed, our car was making noises thruout the enduro but also was doing some crazy shaking especially in the straights. We decided to replace the motor and tires and also check the car to see what was causing all the noise and strange car shaking. Even with the noise and shaking, the car was still handling ok but not as fast as some of the other cars in the race. We found out that both front wheels were wobbling excessively with the axle hole in each wheel worn down considerably.
Apparently, the front wheels were wearing down excessively even though they were oiled. Unfortunately, I wasn't prepared to replace the front wheels and had to remove tires from our backup car to replace the worn out wheels. This misshap cost us quite a bit of time as I'm not the fastest crew mechanic around.
Oh well, it was just another problem that occurs in endurance races, but it was all a lot of fun regardless.
It's interesting to note that although we decided to change the motor and tires to resolve the front wheel problem, I checked the wear on the motor brushes and the motor still had at least half of the brushes remaining. I think the original motor (TSR D3) would have lasted the entire enduro.
So accounting for our unusually unlucky occurrence, you guys were lucky, otherwise we would have beat everyone (just dreaming of course, ha, ha).

p.s. - by the way, did anyone take any photos of the racers in the heats which I raced. I haven't figured out a way to do a large "selfie" of myself and the rest of the drivers while I'm driving in a heat.
I don't need to see myself in the photos, but definitely wanted to include everyone who raced in the same heat as myself.
